Unauthorized Advertising

Advertising, of any kind, is not permitted within profiles or listing content.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• External services or businesses

• Promotional links or redirects

• Self-promotion unrelated to the listing

Violations may result in immediate action, including:

• Temporary deactivation of the listing or account

• Permanent removal from the platform

Notice may not be provided prior to enforcement.

Host, Listing & Guest Reviews | Guidelines

OHK is dedicated to improving access to the best vacation stays and providing a good system to verify the quality of your potential booking. In order to make improvements or changes we love to get your feedback.

After vetting the property and then you complete a booking, you are confirming that it's good, however, issues can still occur, such as, poor host communication and or poor problem solving, otherwise, the place should be what you want. If issues arise, you can leave a review detailing your experience including relevant photos.

REVIEW CONSIDERATIONS

Reviewing a Stay:

Please keep in mind you should have thoroughly vetted your stay. What does this mean? Realistically, unforeseen issues can happen at any type of lodging. If there were problems that came up in the home afterwards, review: how the host handled the mishap, how long did it take to them to respond, address the issue, come to a satisfactory solution, or return a deposit, etc. 

Reviewing Guests:

Having a reasonable expectation of guests. They should leave the home reasonably clean, nothing should be damaged (beyond a broken glass or plate- a common occurrence), guests were not rude or disrespectful when communicating while living in the same space with you the host (host family members), other guests, or neighbors and to evaluate, from your experience, if you would recommend guests for other stays.
